There is no contact form here on purpose — a form would need a server, and the whole point of this site is not having one handle your data. Email works better anyway.
Replies usually take a couple of days. This is a small project, not a support desk.
What to include
Reporting a conversion problem? The single most useful detail is your browser and version, then your device, then what the file was like — how many pages, whether it was a scan, roughly how large. Please do not attach the document itself. We cannot debug it any better with a copy, and you should not send private files to strangers.
Requesting a tool? Say what you are actually trying to accomplish, not just the format pair. Knowing why often reveals a better tool than the one being asked for.
Privacy question? The privacy policy covers what happens to files and what ordinary web hosting logs. If something is unclear, that is worth knowing — ambiguity in a privacy policy is a bug.
Things we cannot help with
- Recovering a file. Nothing is stored, so there is nothing to retrieve — including your own converted files after they expire.
- Removing a password from a PDF you do not have the password for.
- Recovering a document you converted but did not download in time.
